Great Question, We are very down to earth and laid back for many things but not for everything. We love our sleep, and we generally have no issues with loudness or people that are out of control at night. Some common noise you might hear are people snoring and maybe certain beds squeaking. Although we are currently remedying this problem. The policies that handle the management and conducts in regard to your right to an excellent sleep is as follows, they are found in the provisions of 4 policies. We enforce each one rigorously. QUALITY OF LIFE; Respect hours of operations for the laundry room, Do not throw cigarette butts inside or outside of the building or our grounds. Do not make noise on the balcony or talk after 22:00, you may however use these spaces to smoke your cigarettes. Do not walk with high heel shoes or stomp inside common areas after 22:00 (10:00 p.m.). No Turning Lights on in any room between 22:00 (10:00 p.m.) and 07:00 ( 7 a.m.) KITCHEN USE; NO cooking between 08:00 and 10:30 and between 16:30 and 18:30 or after 11:00 p.m. without host permission and this is due to insurance and operational requirements. KITCHEN RIGHTS & PRIVILEGES: You can use our kitchen at all times unless prohibited. Use is conditional to user cleaning the kitchen as instructed, failure to do so will subject you to a $20.00 housekeeping (cleanup) fee. To avoid this you cleanup after use, wash your pots and pans, plates or stove, counters, sink and return the dishes to their rightful place. CURFEWS & RESTRICTIONS: There are no curfew at this facility, however, you must leave the hostel for a minimum of six (6) hours a day during your stay. This is to allow our staff sufficient time to inspect dorms, perform our housekeeping functions and clean the rooms adequately. We hope this answers your questions and do not hesitate to ask any other questions that may be of importance to you. We try our very best to set clear and understandable expectations. Lastly, we have earplugs that you can buy for a simple dollar. This usually solves 99% of the problem.
